About me

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years of experience in working with adults, children, young people, and families across NHS services and more recently in independent private practice. Within my clinical practice, I have contributed my strong clinical assessment and formulation skills to multi-disciplinary assessments of Autism and ADHD with children and young people, and in therapy with neurodivergent children, young people, and adults. I enjoy working with parents to support them in identifying the strengths within the family, and in developing approaches to support their child in line with their parenting values. I am passionate about early intervention and people in developing helpful coping strategies to support emotional wellbeing. I offer a warm, empathic space in which we can explore without judgment and cultivate compassionate responses to self and others.
