I am an experienced Educational Psychologist with a career spanning 20 years across local authorities and educational settings. My work has included cognitive assessments, consultation, staff training, and therapeutic interventions. I currently work as a locum Educational Psychologist for local authorities, providing statutory advice and supporting schools. Over time, I have developed particular interests in coaching psychology, resilience, and therapeutic approaches that promote emotional wellbeing in education. I also have a longstanding interest in mindfulness and neurodiversity, which informs my understanding of supportive approaches for children and young people. Earlier in my career, I worked as a secondary school teacher, which gives me valuable insight into classroom dynamics and the wider educational context.
