About me

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience working in NHS and third sector mental health services. I am passionate about coming alongside people to find out how they can harness their strengths and resources to pursue a rich, full and meaningful life. I have a particular interest in the intersection between trauma and neurodivergence, as well as in supporting people to develop strategies for managing intense emotions. I offer adult post-diagnostic support with Discover Difference Psychology Clinic.
