About me

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to set up departments, services and systems that enhance the networks they
sit within and improve outcomes for vulnerable young people. I have significant senior leadership experience in schools as well as holding advanced training in supervision and counselling skills. Clinically, I have held specialist caseloads of children and young people with complex and multifactorial needs. I have assessed and diagnosed language and
communication needs and identified the existing, and potential, barriers for a young persons emotional, social and cognitive development. My assessment is holistic and thorough to ensure a complete and in-depth understanding of the young person’s communication and language
profile, individual risks and strengths. I have significant experience in diagnostic assessment, including acting as part of Autism assessment teams.
